Ingredients for making onion fritters
Gram flour – 2 cups
Rice flour – 1/4 cup
Onion – 4-5
Green chili – 4-5
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves – 2-3 tbsp
Ajwain – 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves – 8-10
Oil – for frying
salt – as per taste

How to make Onion Fritters
To make onion fritters, first take the onions and peel them and cut them into thin long slices. After this, cut them giving uniform thickness, so that it will be convenient while frying. Now finely chop green chillies and coriander. Now take a big mixing bowl and add gram flour and rice flour and mix both of them well. After this add green chilies, green coriander, cumin powder, ginger paste, green and other ingredients to this mixture and mix.

Now add water little by little to this mixture and make a thick batter. When the solution is ready, add onion and salt as per taste and mix it well. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, take onion batter and make pakoras from it and put it in the oil. Now deep fry the pakoras till they turn golden.
